Sponsor

The sponsor of the Giveaway is Rabbithol - 25K Media LLC (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on June 21, 2024, at 8:00 AM EST and ends on June 28, 2024, at 8:00 AM EST.

How to Enter

To enter, refer a friend using your unique referral link. Each referral equals one entry. Multiple entries from the same person are allowed. Fake or invalid email referrals will disqualify the participant.

Prizes

The winner will receive five packs of 2024 Titleist Pro V1 USA Golf Balls (total value $160). The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing and notified via the email provided within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the Giveaway.

Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.
